Overview:

A Copernican shift is changing healthcare, putting the patient at the center of the universe. The result is better healthcare: stronger collaboration among care teams and patients; fewer miscues and mistakes; greater efficiency, convenience, satisfaction; and less cost. Patients, providers, payers and employers all stand to benefit.

Technology will play a pivotal role, from electronic health records and remote patient monitoring, to the new cutting edge technologies coming into play. Join fellow industry thought leaders as we explore:

* How will the patient-centered model impact care delivery and technology?

* What technologies are poised for growth vs. what simply sustain "business as usual"?

* Who are the drivers, what are the incentives, and where are the opportunities?

* Who will pay for these technologies, today or tomorrow?

* Is the vision of the medical home becoming a reality?

The Summit will feature highly interactive breakout sessions with the panelists where attendees can contribute their thoughts and insights. The day will conclude with a summary session with all speakers and attendees to relate the findings.
